Research Title:  Sailor Study

Sponsor:  Genentech, Inc.

Investigators:  Mathew W. MacCumber, M.D., Principal Investigator; Jack A. Cohen, M.D., Kirk H. Packo, M.D., Pauline T. Merrill, M.D.

Description:  Patients will initially receive one injection of 0.5mg of Ranibizumab (Lucentis) after which the doctor will decide whether further doses of 0.5mg are warranted (patients may receive a total of 12 injections [one per month] during the course of the study)
