How do I schedule an appointment?
We have 12 convenient locations in the Chicago area and outlying communities. Please choose your preferred location, then call us to make an appointment. Our knowledgeable schedulers will gather all the necessary information and assist you in scheduling your appointment.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the location where you are scheduled 24 hours in advance.
How do I get my prescription refilled?
We prescribe medications electronically, also called “e-prescribe.” For the most efficient service, please call the pharmacy directly.
If you have questions or a special request, please call your preferred location. Please allow 48 hours before you need your medication.
How do I handle questions about my bill?
Most billing questions have to do with insurance and are best referred directly to your insurance company. If your insurance company cannot answer your questions, please call your preferred Illinois Retina Associates location, and we will review the issue and help you resolve it.
