Since we’ve retired, my wife and I often run into an old friend that asks what we do to occupy our time. We jokingly reply that we spend our time visiting doctors. Even though we are fairly healthy, there is rarely a week where one of us has a visit to some doctor’s office.

Many of these visits are pleasant and some are not. My periodic visits to Illinois Retina are some of the more pleasant experiences. In addition to the doctor’s courtesy and professionalism the entire office staff stands out. If I ask a question about some facet of my treatment or routine appointment scheduling, it is always answered in an informative and non-condescending manner.

The office is comfortable and doesn’t feel like a factory. Even though we are retired, our time is valuable and we appreciate being made to feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks for the great service.
