I was referred to this practice a day before my appointment. I felt I had somewhat of an emergency and when I called it was the end of the day after a holiday weekend. I simply cannot say enough about the staff handling my call. She was phenomenal! She worked and squeezed me in for a visit with Dr. MacCumber the next day. The office was busy and every nurse and assistant was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. MacCumber examined my eye and explained what was happening in a way that was easily digestible by a lay person. Taking a complicated, technical concept and presenting it in a way that the patient understands with respect and dignity is a rare gift. I am so happy that I landed here.
