I was referred to this practice a day before my appointment. I felt I had somewhat of an emergency and when I called it was the end of the day after a holiday weekend. I simply cannot say enough about the staff handling my call. She was phenomenal! She worked and squeezed me in for a visit with Dr. MacCumber the next day. The office was busy and every nurse and assistant was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. MacCumber examined my eye and explained what was happening in a way that was easily digestible by a lay person. Taking a complicated, technical concept and presenting it in a way that the patient understands with respect and dignity is a rare gift. I am so happy that I landed here.

Dr. Chaturvedi was punctual, sharp, patient, communicative, and had a very professional yet also down-to-earth demeanor.

My mother is 90 and her experience was wonderful. Everything was explained to her and she felt very comfortable. Her caregiver was there and said that she was treated wonderfully and very professional.  She called me when she got home and she said it didn’t hurt and she was happy that Dr. Lee is her doctor so thank you so much for your wonderful care of my mother.  I had taken her last week for her first visit with Dr. Lee and she was very pleased then a little nervous about the shot but today she said it was so easy so she won’t be worried any longer again I can’t thank you enough for all your professionalism and taking care of my mother so well.
